Terms of service
These terms describe what RolePilot does and what you accept when you use it.
The service
RolePilot is an automated job-application service. It finds postings inside the countries and roles you set, screens each one against your own criteria, writes a CV and cover letter per role, applies on the employer's own portal, reads your inbox for replies, and alerts you about interviews and offers.
What you accept
- You are the candidate, and you authorise the service to apply on your behalf.
- Your candidate details are sent to the model provider on every run, and Google receives the data described on the privacy page. This is necessary for the service to work.
- You keep your own Google account credentials and can revoke access at any time from your Google Account.
- You will not use the service to submit anything you are not authorised to submit.
What the service does not promise
- No guarantee of interviews, offers, or a hire.
- Some roles sit on walled applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Workday). Those come back as Blocked and are handed back to you with the apply link.
- No CAPTCHA solving, and no bypassing of bot walls.
- One attempt per posting.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually, in USD, excluding VAT. A trial period is included and cancellable. Any overage beyond the included runs is charged per extra run. Billing is handled by Stripe; your card is stored by Stripe, never by RolePilot. VAT handling is still being decided.
Your data and deletion
Deleting your account removes your workspace and the documents generated for you from the operator's host. Your Google Sheet, Calendar and mailbox are in your own account and are deleted separately. The privacy page has the full data map, the revocation route, and the contact for data requests.
Availability
The service runs on the operator's own infrastructure and is offered as is. Runs depend on third-party services (Google, the model provider) and on employer sites, which the service does not control.
Liability and law
To be completed in legal review. The governing law, the operating entity, and the limitation of liability have not been set yet.
